Zigs Mobile Service – Service Policy

 

Zigs Mobile Service is an experienced auto repair and tire service company dedicated to providing professional and reliable service. We take great care when servicing our clients’ vehicles and strive to ensure the highest level of workmanship.

 

Customer Preparation

Prior to any service, we kindly ask clients to remove all personal items from their vehicles. Please also identify any areas or components you would prefer not to be touched or that require extra care. Notifying us in advance helps prevent items from being misplaced or damaged during service.

 

Parts & Warranty Policy

 

• Customer-Supplied Parts:

If a client provides their own parts, Zigs Mobile Service will only provide a warranty on the labor performed. We cannot guarantee the quality or performance of customer-supplied parts.

 

• Parts Purchased Through Zigs:

All parts purchased through Zigs Mobile Service will have their warranty details listed on the client’s receipt under the part description.

 

• Defective Parts:

Any defective parts that do not carry a manufacturer warranty may be eligible for replacement within a reasonable time frame, at our discretion.

 

• Core Returns:

Clients may receive all cores only if the parts were purchased by the client.
