General
Zigs Mobile Service is an experienced auto repair and detailing company. As professionals, we service our clients vehicles with the best care as possible.
Prior to any service, we ask our clients to remove all personal items, and identify any areas that you wouldn't want to be touched or may need to be handled with extra care. Identifying such things, would help minimize items being misplaced or damaged.

Detailing
Our detailing consists of using scrub brushes, a power washer, steam machine, electric buffers and other items that'll help us perform our best job.
• The glove box, center console and trunk won't be serviced unless all content is removed.
If we find anything defective or loose-fitting parts while cleaning, we may not be able to clean properly to avoid further damage.
Zigs won't be responsible for paint damage on any vehicle with aging paint, cracked surfaces or PPF covers that may peal or tear during detailing process
Proper precautions are taken when cleaning engine area due to certain components that can't be wet.
The outer area will be power washed while the mid section is steam cleaned

•Zigs won't be responsible for seats that stop
working, radios, vehicle batteries, sun roof,
alternators, starters, ac compressors, door/trunk
functions and other components in this nature that
tend to go bad.
ti you feel we didn't take proper precautions and
caused damage, we ask that you notify us so that we
may diagnose and help resolve the situation. In the
event that we diagnose the vehicle and are at fault,
the proper steps will be taken to repair. Outside
repair bills won't be paid without consulting with us
first and prior to our diagnostics.

Mechanical Services
•Client supplying their own parts will only receive
warranty on our labor.
•All parts purchased through Zigs, will state its
warranty on the clients receipt under part
description.
•Any defective parts without warranty, may be
replaced within a reasonable time frame.
•Clients may receive all cores only if they purchased
the part themselves.
